Puerto Rico produces approximately 70% of the rum consumed in the United States and this event is a celebration of all things rum. “Taste of Rum was born to celebrate our history and connect people with the heart of our industry. Sixteen years later, it remains the space where tradition and innovation meet,” said Federico J. Hernández, founder of the event and internationally recognized rum expert.
