Rum fun at Taste of Rum- March 28th, Convention Center
Taste of Rum is a celebration of Puerto Rico’s premier spirit. This is a great chance to discover and sample just about all the rums made in Puerto Rico, Small artisanal distillers to the major players will be present and sharing mixology insights and some of their more premium and exclusive products.There will also be premium tastings, educational seminars, live music, gastronomic pairings.

After Hours Global- April, various venues and dates
After Hours Global is a traveling dining group led by Chef/Owner Kevin Kelly and they are embarking on a Puerto Rico residency culinary event. Here the chef will partner with local establishments and Salo Station Kitchen to offer his take on Puerto Rico’s farm to table offerings. Here’s a rundown of events:
April 1 | After Hours x El Más Allá Bar and Restaurant (Old San Juan): A fusion of farm-to-table dining and high-fidelity sound. Hosted at the renowned HiFi Audio Bar, featuring locally grown produce and a curated specialty cocktail menu.

April 3-11 Cuatro Noches en San Juan (Salo Station Kitchen, Santurce): The residency centerpiece. A 5-course tasting menu at our Residency Hub, highlighting an artistic expression of Puerto Rico’s rainforests, mangroves, and oceans.
April 18 | After Hours x Antiguo 26 (Old San Juan): A one-night-only collaboration at the historic cocktail bar, blending elevated local ingredients with world-class mixology.
April 25 | Puerto Rico Wine & Food Fest: Join After Hours for the Rum y Rumba Walk-Around, a decadent celebration of the island’s gastronomy presented by the PR Tourism Company.

Puerto Rico Wine and Food Festival presented by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company- April 23-26
This four-day culinary event and cultural celebration returns to San Juan’s La Concha Resort and celebrated destinations around the island. This celebration features both local and international award-winning chefs, restaurateurs, wineries, sommeliers and mixologists offering their signature items to attendees.

Many events to explore
There are various events over the four days of the festival from a multi-course OpenTable Power Lunch Series hosted by celebrated chefs such as Ming Tsai and Festival Host Chef Mario Pagán, as well as all-new strolling experiences and tastings across the island. Event highlights include Birdies & Bites golf tournament and the Opening Night Reception; the Masters of Sabor as part of the Friends of James Beard Benefit Series and Rum y Rumba walkaround experience with more than 15 acclaimed chefs sharing their dishes, over 75 wineries pouring, and the island’s top mixologists and sommeliers, and multi-course seated intimate and exclusive dinners throughout Puerto Rico.
