Many flights to choose from
Fly Dining operates 7 days a week and there are three experiences you can choose from; Social Hour around 4pm, Dinner at 5:30, 7:30 or 9:30 pm or Saturday and Sunday Brunch at 11:30 am, 1:00 or 2:30pm. All of them have different meal options except for the Social Hour. You also have the option of adding a drink package to all flights or even upgrade to the top-shelf premium package or even order a premium bottle of champagne.
Get high for Social Hour
For the 35 minute Social Hour at 4pm you are served a tapas menu or small plates such as a pincho or small meat kabob, the Puerto Rican favorite of fried white cheese with guava paste, and guacamole with chips. A welcoming glass of bubbly is also included as well as unlimited sodas and juices.
A tasty dinner in the air
The dinner flights at Fly Dining have a more extensive 4-course meal that features a salad, soup, main dish and dessert. The menu varies with ingredient availability but can include a caesar salad, a Caribbean pumpkin soup and your choice of fish, flank steak or churrasco, chicken or bone-in pork chop. All plates are served with sides such as coconut rice or malanga (a local tuber) puree and a vegetable such as asparagus, roasted carrots or braised greens. and Saladaeven more enjoyment.
A top of the morning (or afternoon) Brunch for you
Brunch brings on another 3 course gourmet display of culinary options. You open with avocado toast with cheese and roasted pumpkin seeds and then your choice of fired chicken with buttermilk waffles topped with honey butter or bananas foster french toast with caramelized banana on brioche with housemade whipped cream. You can also choose the breakfast grain bowl with rice, pico de gallo and black beans topped with a sunny egg or even a stuffed avocado. Finish any of your option with a scoop of local homemade ice cream.
